După aproape 23 de ore de mentenanță, putem spune oficial că mentenanța a fost finalizată cu succes.
În acest interval, am reușit să optimizăm la maximum toate componentele ce țin de stocare, performanță, precum și anumite optimizări de rețea.
Dorim să subliniem că datele și fișierele dumneavoastră au rămas intacte, fără a fi modificate sau accesate de nimeni pe durata mentenanței.

În urma acestor lucrări, adresa IP pentru serviciile neoWeb™ a fost schimbată din 88.80.135.48 în 31.6.1.173.
De altfel toți clienții care au servicii active din gama de produse neoVPS™ Penguin și neo_VPS™ Nova vor primii asistențǎ pentru a obține conturile de acces pentru noul panou de control dedicat acestor servicii.

🚨 Toți clienții afectați care dețin servicii plătite vor primi o zi suplimentară adăugată la perioada serviciului.
Pentru orice întrebări legate de mentenanță sau alte aspecte, nu ezitați să deschideți un ticket.

Hello there!

After nearly 23 hours of maintenance, we can officially confirm that maintenance has been successfully completed.
During this time, we optimized as much as possible everything related to storage, performance, and performed several network optimizations.
We would like to assure you that all your data and files remained intact, untouched and unaccessed throughout the entire maintenance period.

As part of this process, the IP address for web services has been changed from 88.80.135.48 to 31.6.1.173.
Also, all customers that have active neoVPS™ Penguin and neoVPS™ Nova will be assisted into gaining access to the new control panel dedicated for these type of services.

🚨 All affected customers with paid services will receive an extra day added to their service period.
If you have any questions regarding the maintenance or anything else, please do not hesitate to open a ticket.
