The emergency security maintenance across both infrastructure locations, NXDATA-1 (Romania) and Maincubes FRA01 (Germany), has been successfully completed.

Our infrastructure team has applied the required security updates addressing CVE-2026-99999 (PwnEscape) and completed the necessary post-maintenance verification procedures.

Migration completed. All services were brought back online on 5 October 2026 at 16:32 CEST and are running on the new dedicated server with significantly stronger DDoS protection.

All migrated services now use new IP addresses from a different subnet. Please make sure your DNS records, configs and whitelists are updated.

Services were restored from the backup taken on 5 October 2026 at 00:04 CEST. If you notice any missing data or issues, please open a ticket at https://billing.neohost.ro.

All clients who would like to receive +1 additional day added to their service are kindly asked to open a ticket on Billing and specify that they are requesting the maintenance compensation.
